Welcome to the Senior Citizens Council (SCC), a volunteer, non-profit organization established in 1970 as the parent organization of Tuckahoe Senior Citizens and Bronxville Senior Citizens, where local residents can take part in cultural, recreational and educational programs trips, services and other offerings.
SCC’s mission is to enhance and improve the quality of life of local senior citizens. We raise awareness and funds to support the work of Tuckahoe Senior Citizens and Bronxville Senior Citizens, and are deeply grateful to the greater community for its ongoing support, input and encouragement.
We are proud of the contributions the centers make in enhancing life in our area, providing welcoming places for residents to socialize, make new friends and explore interesting programs and activities.
